Welcome to Artfolio Shop! We are delighted to have you join our community of independent artists. By accessing or using our website (https://artfolio.shop), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Registration and Vendor Account:

  • Any artist can register on Artfolio Shop as a vendor.
  • Upon registration, each vendor will receive a uniquely named store to list and sell their products.
  • Vendors must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2. Product Listings:

  • Vendors may only sell products that are created by them.
  • Selling products not made by the vendor is strictly prohibited.
  • Artfolio Shop reserves the right to remove any product listings that violate this policy.

3. Commissions and Fees:

  • Artfolio Shop do not charge commission to any parties on any sale made through the platform.
  • We offer monthly Subscription Packs for Sellers as mentioned below
    • Starter Pack (₹200/month) – You can list 5 products per month.
    • Business Pack (₹300/month) – You can list 10 products per month.
    • Growth Pack (₹500/month) – You can list 20 products per month.
  • You need to purchase a subscription pack before you can add your product. Subscriptions Packs may be offered free of cost to specific vendors in some specific cases by choice of Artfolio Shop administration team.
  • We use third party payment gateway to receive customer payments. Payment Gateway Fee is applicable on each transaction.
  • We use third party shipping provider. Shipping fee is applicable where needed.
  • Vendors should calculate product price keeping this fees in mind before listing products through vendor dashboard.

4. Payments:

  • Payments for sales will be processed and transferred to the vendor’s designated account.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
  • Artfolio Shop is not liable for any delays or issues related to payment transfers caused by incorrect information provided by vendors.

5. Content and Intellectual Property:

  • Vendors retain all rights to the content and products they create and sell on Artfolio Shop.
  • By listing a product, vendors grant Artfolio Shop the right to use images, descriptions, and other content for promotional purposes.
  • Vendors must ensure that their products and listings do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Conduct and Responsibilities:

  • Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously.
  • Vendors must promptly handle customer inquiries, orders, and any disputes that may arise.
  • Artfolio Shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability:

  • Artfolio Shop is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  • Vendors use Artfolio Shop at their own risk.

8. Modifications to Terms:

  • Artfolio Shop reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination:

  • Vendors may terminate their account at any time by contacting Artfolio Shop support.
  • Artfolio Shop reserves the right to terminate or suspend a vendor’s account for violations of these terms or for any reason deemed appropriate.
