Things to know before you join as Vendor

Introduction #

Welcome to Artfolio Shop, an online marketplace for artists to sell their original artwork, handmade crafts, and vintage items. By becoming a vendor on Artfolio Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Artfolio Shop is owned and operated by Rishi On Ride, a group on independent artist with a motto to help fellow artists.

Vendor Eligibility #

To be eligible to become a vendor on Artfolio Shop, you must:

• Be an individual artist or a business that creates and sells original artwork, handmade crafts, or vintage items.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid email address and phone number.
• Provide proof of your identity and business registration, if applicable.

Product Commission #

Artfolio Shop charges a 2% commission on all sales made through the platform. This commission is deducted from the total sale price before payment is released to the vendor.

Permitted Products #

• Vendors are only permitted to sell products that are handmade, vintage, or original artwork.
• Products must be of high quality and meet the standards of the Artfolio Shop community.
• Vendors may not sell products that are:
  • Not created by them.
  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Illegal or harmful.
  • Offensive or inappropriate.

Product Listings #

• Vendors are responsible for creating accurate and informative product listings.
• Product listings must include:
  • High-quality product images.
  • Detailed product descriptions.
  • Accurate pricing information.
  • Shipping details.

Order Fulfillment #

• Vendors are responsible for fulfilling all orders placed through Artfolio Shop.
• Vendors must prepare products for shipping, including packaging and labeling.
• Vendors must ship orders within the specified time frame.
• Vendors must provide tracking numbers to customers and track shipment status.

Customer Service #

• Vendors are responsible for providing excellent customer service.
• Vendors must respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Vendors must resolve customer disputes fairly and amicably.

Payments #

• Vendors will be paid via PayPal or bank transfer.
• Payments are typically processed within 7 business days of order completion.
• Vendors are responsible for any fees associated with receiving payments.

Scope of Termination #

• Artfolio Shop reserves the right to terminate a vendor’s account at any time, with or without notice.
• Reasons for termination may include:
  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Poor product quality or customer service.
  • Fraudulent activity.
